Board of Sun Techno Overseas considers change in directorate & change in registered office
At meeting held on 02 March 2015
Sun Techno Overseas announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 March 2015, inter alia, has considered the following:1. To Appoint Ramanlal Trivedi, as additional Director and to accept resignation of Anand Trivedi, from the board of Director of the Company.
2. To shift registered office of the Company from B/16, Maruti Industrial Estate, Phase I, GIDC Vatva, Ahmedabad - 382445, Gujarat to 104, Samedh Building, Beside Associated Petrol Pump, C. G. Road, Ahmedabad - 380006, Gujarat w.e.f. 05 February 2015.
