Axis Bank allots 85,150 equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 85,150 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 23 January 2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 512,85,36,334 (256,42,68,167 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 512,87,06,634 (256,43,53,317 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
