At meeting held on 04 February 2015

Bharti Airtel announced about the following changes in composition of the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. 04 February 2015:

1. Appointment of Shishir Priyadarshi as an independent director.

2. Resignation by Manoj Kohli, non - executive director.
