Board of ACC approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 17 July 2015

ACC announced that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 17 July 2015 has appointed Eric Olsen a Director of the Company.

Eric Olsen is the Chief Executive Officer of LafargeHolcim. He is a business graduate from the University of Colorado, Certified Public Accountant (Chicago, USA), and holds a Master of Business Administration from HEC international business school in Paris.

The Board has considered Eric Olsen as an Additional Director in terms of Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.

Bernard Fontana, Director, has stepped down from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 17 July 2015 consequent upon his stepping down as CEO of Holcim, Switzerland.

Aidan Lynam, Director, has stepped down from the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 14 July 2015.

The Board of Directors of the Company have placed its warm appreciation of the valuable services rendered by Fontana and Lynam during their tenure as Directors of the Company.
