At meeting held on 17 July 2015
Indo Credit Capital announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 July 2015, has transacted the following:1. Appoint Zalak G. Dodiya (Practicing Company Secretary) as a Secretarial Auditor of the Company for Financial Year 2014-15, as per the Provision of Section 204 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Listing agreement at Remuneration to be decided mutually between Secretarial Auditor and the Board of Directors of the Company.
2. Appoint Jayendrasinh Vaghela, as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company with effect from 10 July 2015 as per the provision of the Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules made thereunder with a remuneration as may be decided by the Board of the Directors of the Company.
