Board of Directors of Akme Star Housing Finance approve increase in authorised share capital

At meeting held on 08 July 2019

The Board of Directors of Akme Star Housing Finance at its meeting held on 08 July 2019 has approved increase in authorised share capital from Rs 14 crore to Rs 17 crore comprising of Rs 1.7 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each. The Board also approved raising of funds up to Rs 17.87 crore by way of issue of upto 38.85 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each on preferential basis to Arkfin Investments.
