At meeting held on 13 August 2014
DQ Entertainment International announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 August 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following:1. V. Santhanaraman has communicated his inability to continue with the Board, due to preoccupations. The Board has accepted his resignation at the Board meeting with effect from 05 August 2015. The Board places on record its sincere appreciation for the valuable contribution and guidance provided by him during his tenure as the Independent Director of the Company.
2. Goutam Auknoor and B. N. Sirish are appointed as Additional (Independent) Directors on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 13 August 2015 and shall hold office upto the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
