Board of Financial Technologies (India) approves voluntary delisting from Madras & Ahmedabad Stock Exchanges

To continue listing on BSE and NSE

Financial Technologies (India) announced that pursuant to SEBI Delisting regulations, the Board of Directors of the Company have approved the voluntary delisting of equity shares of the Company from Madras & Ahmedabad Stock Exchanges.

Post de-listing from the above mentioned stock exchanges, the Company shall continue to be listed on BSE and NSE.
