At meeting held on 30 January 2015
Kansai Nerolac Paints announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 January 2015, has considered and approved the following proposals:1. Appointment of Pradip P. Shah as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 years, commencing from 30 January 2015 to 29 January 2020.
2. Appointment of Noel N. Tata as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 years, commencing from 30 January 2015 to 29 January 2020.
3. Appointment of Brinda Somaya as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of 5 years, commencing from 22 July 2014 to 21 July 2019.
The aforesaid appointments are subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company.
