Maximaa Systems announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 07 September 2015, has transacted following businesses:

1. Appointment of Dixita Patel as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer w.e.f. 07 September 2015;

2. Resignation of Zeel Bhuta as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer w.e.f. 20 August 2015.
