Board of OCL India approves scheme of arrangement and amalgamation

At meeting held on 15 October 2018

The Board of OCL India approved the implementation of the scheme of arrangement and amalgamation of OCL India and Dalmia Cement East & other associates into Odisha Cement (ODCL). Post merger, ODCL shall be renamed as OCL India.

The Board fixed 26 October 2018 as the Record Date for determining the eligible shareholders of OCL for issue of ODCL shares on merger. Consequently, the shares of OCL India shall cease to trade w.e.f. 26 October 2018.
