Board of Riga Sugar Company approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 31 March 2015

Riga Sugar Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 March 2015, have:

1. Accepted the resignation of Pankaj Tibrawalla from the directorship of the Company with effect from 25 March 2015.

2. Appointed Sulekha Dutta as Director of the Company with effect from 31 March 2015.
