Tirupati Starch & Chemicals announced that Board in its Meeting held on 26 March 2016, has considered and approved the following changes in the Key Managerial Personnel of the Company:1. Resignation of Siddharth Sharma, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company (a KMP) w.e.f 26 March 2016, due to pre-occupancies.
2. Appointment of Chandani Saruparia, as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company (a KMP) w.e.f 26 March 2016.
