Tree House Education & Accessories announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 August 2014 inter alia, has appointed Pooja Bhimjiyani as Company Secretary of the Company and has accepted the resignation of Khusboo Kavedia as a Company Secretary.
