Board of Viksit Engineering approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 31 March 2016

Viksit Engineering announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 March 2016 has, inter alia, approved the following:

1. Policy of Determination of Materiality of Events/Information.

2. Policy for Archival of documents.

3. Appointment of Shambhunath Prasad and Gyan Chand Sharma as additional Directors of the Company.

4. Resignation of Dinesh Kumar Gupta and Sanjay Kumar Khandelwal from the position of Director of the Company.
