Hero MotoCorp through its wholly owned subsidiary, HCML Netherlands B.V. (HCML BV) entered into a joint venture agreement in 2014 for sale, distribution and marketing of the Company's products in Colombia. The joint venture is being implemented through a joint venture company incorporated in Colombia. The Company (through HCML BV) is holding 51% of equity interest in the joint venture company and the remaining 49% of the equity interest is held by Woven Holdings LLC.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
