DCW announced that India Ratings & Research, a Fitch Group Company have affirmed Ratings as follows by their letter of 17 October 2016.

1. Affirmed Long Term Issuer Rating at 'IND A-'.

2. The Rating Agency has also taken following rating actions on the Company's Bank facilities.

a. Term Loans : Affirmed at 'IND A-'/Negative

b. Fund Based Limits : Affirmed at 'IND A-'/Negative/'IND A1'

c. Non Fund based limits : Affirmed at 'IND A1'
