DHFL Advisory and Investments to invest in DHFL Pramerica Asset Managers
Dewan Housing Finance Corporation announced that the Company has made an investment of Rs. 75 crore by way of subscription to equity share capital in DHFL Advisory and Investments, a newly incorporated wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The WOS proposes to use this money for making investments in DHFL Pramerica Asset Managers (JV AMC), which is a Joint Venture between the Company and PGLH of Delaware Inc.
