Ennore Coke announced that:

1. M Saravanan, resigned from his position as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer with effect from 08 October 2015.

2. M Kirithika, has been appointed as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from 09 October 2015.
