Graphite India standalone net profit rises 116.98% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 7.21% to Rs 366.22 crore

Net profit of Graphite India rose 116.98% to Rs 61.97 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 28.56 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 7.21% to Rs 366.22 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 341.60 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 7.30% to Rs 112.28 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 104.64 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales declined 2.70% to Rs 1282.88 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 1318.44 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
