Himalaya Granites announced that the Buy Back Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on 19 November 2015 has approved 04 December 2015 to be the Record Date for determining the entitlement and the names of the Equity' Shareholders, to whom the Letter of Offer and Tender Form will be sent and will be eligible to participate in the buyback of 7,00,000 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each from all the existing shareholders/beneficial owners of equity shares of the Company for a price of Rs. 30/- per share payable in cash upto aggregate amount of Rs. 2,10,00,000.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
