Hindustan Foods receives NCLT approval for scheme of arrangement

Hindustan Foods announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench has approved the Scheme of Arrangement between Avalon Cosmetics and Hindustan Foods on 25 November 2019 with appointed date of 01 April 2019. The certified copy of the said Order is made available on 2 December, 2019.

The Scheme will become effective once the Order of the Hon'ble NCLT is filed by ACPL and HFL with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.
