IDBI Bank mobilises Rs 1000 crore

Through private placement of Basel III Compliant Tier 2 bonds

IDBI Bank has mobilised Rs 1000 crore through issue of Basel III Compliant Tier 2 bonds on private placement basis to strengthen Bank's capital adequacy. The entire issue has been subscribed by Employee's Provident Fund Organisation.
