Net profit of Modern Shares & Stockbrokers declined 72.22% to Rs 0.05 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 0.18 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 28.77% to Rs 0.52 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 0.73 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 65.79% to Rs 0.13 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 0.38 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 15.83% to Rs 2.18 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 2.59 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
