Turnover slips
Nifty January 2015 futures were at 8742.95, a premium of 13.45 points over spot closing of 8729.50. Turnover on NSE's futures & options (F&O) segment fell to Rs 267242.44 crore from Rs 290288.32 crore yesterday, 20 January 2015.
State Bank of India January 2015 futures were at 327, near spot closing of 326.20
ITC January 2015 futures were at 353.30, at a premium over spot closing of 351.75
Hindustan Unilever January 2015 futures were at 945.40, at a premium over spot closing of 943.40
In the spot market, the 50-unit CNX Nifty surged 33.90 points or 0.39% to settle at 8,729.50, a record closing high for the index.
The January 2015 derivatives contract expire on 29 January 2015.
