Turnover on NSE's F&O segment declines
The Nifty June 2017 futures traded at 9621.75, a premium of 5.35 points compared with the Nifty's closing of 9616.40 in the cash market.
Turnover on the National Stock Exchange's futures & options (F&O) segment declined to Rs 3.31 lakh crore from turnover of Rs 3.32 lakh crore registered on Friday, 9 June 2017.
In the cash market, the Nifty 50 index fell 51.85 points or 0.54% to settle at 9,616.40, its lowest closing level since 1 June 2017.
Tata Steel, Vedanta, Indiabulls Real Estate, DLF and Infosys were the top traded individual stock futures contracts in F&O segment of NSE. Tata Steel June 2017 futures traded at 509.20, at a premium over spot closing of 508.10. Vedanta June 2017 futures traded at 245.50, at a premium over spot closing of 244.65.
Indiabulls Real Estate June 2017 futures traded at 181.55, at a premium over spot closing of 181.25. DLF June 2017 futures traded at 184.90, at a premium over spot closing of 184. Infosys June 2017 futures traded at 968, at a premium over spot closing of 964.40.
The June 2017 F&O contracts will expire on 29 June 2017.
