Turnover drops
Nifty May 2014 futures were at 6823.10, at a premium of 61.85 points over spot closing of 6761.25. Turnover on NSE's futures & options (F&O) segment declined to Rs 63489.99 crore from Rs 81546.77 crore on Friday, 25 April 2014.
UPL May 2014 futures were at 274.05, at a discount compared to spot closing of 276.
ICICI Bank May 2014 futures were at 1286.50, at a premium over spot closing of 1273.15.
State Bank of India May 2014 futures were at 2111.50, at a discount compared to spot closing of 2115.
In the spot market, the 50-unit CNX Nifty lost 21.50 points or 0.32% to settle at 6,761.25, its lowest closing level since 16 April 2014.
The May 2014 derivatives contracts expire on 29 May 2014.
