The Board of Pharmaids Pharmaceuticals at its meeting held on 05 October 2019 has taken on record the certified copy of the NCLT Order dated 27 September,2019 sanctioning the Scheme of Amalgamation between Emergent Bio Naturals and Pharmaids Pharmaceuticals and their respective Shareholders pursuant thereto for making scheme effective.
