SIL Investments announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 18 March 2016 has considered and decided as under -To apply to RBI with a proposal to convert itself into a core investment company as against its existing status as NBFC-ND-SI.
. Board noted the registration of the Company as member of the following credit information companies - CRIF High Mark Credit Information Services, Equifax Credit Information Services, Experian Credit Information Company of India and Credit Information Bureau (India)
