Yashraj Containeurs announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 March 2016, has transacted the following:1. The Board approved the appointment of Dr. Jayesh Vinodrai Valia, as Managing Director, with effect from 01 April 2016, under Section 196, 197, and Schedule V of Companies Act, 2013, subject to the approval of members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on or before September, 2016, including Central Government, if any, for a period of 3 years, on a monthly remuneration as per the Companies Act, 2013.
2. The Board discussed the SEBI Order dated 13 January 2016 and duly filed the appeal at the Securities Appellate Tribunal, Mumbai.
3. The Board discussed the SEBI Order dated 16 March 2016 including the course of action.
