Rights issue opens on 12 February 2018
Piramal Enterprises announced that the Rights Issue committee of the company at its meeting held on 31 January 2018 has approved the following -Issue of up to 83,10,275 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each for cash price of Rs 2380 per equity share not exceeding Rs 2000 crore on a rights basis which includes 797,748 equity shares reserved in favour of compulsorily convertible debenture holders.

Last date for receiving the request for split application forms - 19 February 2018
