Prabhat Telecoms (India) acquires 16% stake in Nischint Technologies DMCC

Prabhat Telecoms (India) has entered into the 'Memorandum of Understanding' with Nischint Technologies DMCC, where Prabhat Telecoms India agreed and acquired 16% stake, this will enable PTIL to jointly pursue design and development and marketing of customized devices for educational purpose and customized devices with solutions to corporate business house. PTIL is looking at launching its solution and services in India and overseas. With this acquisition, PTIL shall strengthen its business arm for providing customize device management solution and devices.
