Rama Steel Tubes standalone net profit declines 48.43% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales decline 9.55% to Rs 67.13 crore

Net profit of Rama Steel Tubes declined 48.43% to Rs 1.31 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 2.54 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 9.55% to Rs 67.13 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 74.22 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 50.88% to Rs 7.68 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 5.09 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 9.01% to Rs 234.88 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 215.46 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
