RCL Foods gets approval for extension to hold AGM

RCL Foods announced that pursuant to Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013 the Company had applied to the Registrar of Companies, Chennai seeking the extension of time for holding the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the financial year ended 31 March 2015, latest by 31 December 2015 and the same has been approved by the Registrar of Companies, Chennai vide letter dated 15 September 2015.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
