Resonance Specialities announces resignation of directors

Resonance Specialities announced that pursuant to Section 168 of Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 15 of the Companies (Appointment of Directors) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015,1. Urvi Gupta has resigned from the position of Directors of the Company with effect from 27 September 2016.
2. Satish Chander Mathur, has resigned from the position of Director (Whole time Director) on 29 September 2016 subject to ratification by the Board of Directors in the forthcoming Board meeting.
