Sagar Cements allots 3.25 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

The Board of Sagar Cements has allotted 3,25,000 shares of Rs.10/- each at an issue price of Rs.730/- per share (including a premium of Rs.720/- per share) to R.V.Consulting Services, an entity belonging to our promoter group, against conversion of similar number of warrants.
