Security & Intelligence Services India allots 1.89 lakh equity shares

Under ESOP

Security & Intelligence Services India has allotted 189,920 equity shares of Rs. 5 each on November 20, 2020 pursuant to exercise of options granted under the Employee Stock Option Plan.

The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly been increased to Rs. 73,49,36,210/- divided into 14,69,87,242 Equity Shares of Rs. 5/- each.
