Shervani Industrial Syndicate announced that pursuant to the provisions of the Sec 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and listing agreement, Tahir Hasan, Whole-time Director of the Company has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with effect from 09 February 2015.
