Shilpi Cable Technologies announces change in nominee director

With effect from 31 January 2014

Shilpi Cable Technologies announced that IDBI Bank, vide its letter dated 31 January 2015 has replaced Narendra Kumar Singh, Nominee Director of the Company by Hans Das Maheshwari, DGM, IDBI Bank with effect from 31 January 2015. Consequently, Narendra Kumar Singh resigned from the Board of the Company w.e.f. 31 January 2015.
