Nagar, Chennai - 600 017 to 1101, Sharda Terrace, Plot 65, Sector 11, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai- 400 614, and in this regard Regional Director has issued a Certificate of Registration for change of the Registered office.Further the Company has informed that, the status of the Company has changed from Private Limited to Public Limited, and Registrar of Companies, Mumbai has issued Certificate of Incorporation, consequent upon name change.
