Record date is 26 October 2015; Dividend payment date is 30 October 2015

Tata Consultancy Services has fixed 26 October 2015 as the Record Date for the purpose of Payment of Second Interim Dividend.

Further the Company informed that the Second Interim Dividend will be paid to the equity shareholders of the Company on 30 October 2015.
