Tata Consumer Products allots 29.04 crore equity shares under scheme of arrangement

Tata Consumer Products has allotted 29,04,21,986 equity shares of Re. 1 each to the shareholders of Tata Chemicals under the scheme of arrangement amongst Tata Global Beverages (now known as Tata Consumer Products) and Tata Chemicals.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity capital of the Company would stand at Rs. 92,15,51,715 consisting of 92,15,51,715 equity shares of Re. 1 each.
