Tube Investments of India allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Tube Investments of India announced that the Company on 03 March 2015 has allotted 83,804 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

The above allotment is consequent upon the exercise of Stock Options by the eligible employees under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, with this allotment, the number of equity shares outstanding has increased from 18,70,47,860 to 18,71,31,664 and the paid up equity share capital from Rs. 37,40,95,720 to Rs. 37,42,63,328/-.
