Tube Investt makes directorate changes

Tube Investments has furnished the updates in directorate arising out of decisions in Board meeting held on 13 August 2018: Sanjay Johri is appointed as an additional director and independent director on the Board of Tube Investments with effect from 14 August 2018. It is hereby confirmed that Sanjay Johri is not debarred from holding the office as director by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other authority. S Sandilya and Hemant M Nerurkar retired as Independent Directors on completion of their term of appointment and ceased to be directors of the company. L Ramkumar retired as Managing Director of the Company on completion of his term of office on 13 August 2018 and Vellayan Subbiah has assumed office as Managing Director in place of L Ramkumar since his appointment is for a five-year period to August 2022.
