A 25-year-old man was arrested here after his 20-year-old married woman neighbour slapped rape charges on him, police said on Tuesday.
The accused, Chandrashekhar, and the victim live in rented accommodation in Jharsa area in Gurgaon.
The victim alleged she was sexually assaulted on Monday night while her husband was away. The complainant and the accused hail from Etawah in Uttar Pradesh.
A court remanded the man to 14 days in judicial custody.
