Asian Football Confederation (AFC) representatives will visit Vietnam Sep 11-14 to check on stadiums and complete necessary procedures before signing a contract with the Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) to organise the AFC Women's Asian Cup 2014 finals.
State-run Vietnam News reported, quoting sources from VFF, that the finals are scheduled to take place in Vietnam's southern Ho Chi Minh City May 14-25, 2014, reports Xinhua.
Eight participating teams will be divided into two groups. The four best teams will compete for the Cup and go straight into the finals at the World Cup in Canada in 2015.
