'Frozen' gets best animated film Golden Globe award

Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee's "Frozen" emerged as the winner of the best animated film at the 71st edition of the Golden Globe Awards held here Sunday.

One of the three nominations in the category, "Frozen" is a musical fantasy movie, produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios.

"Frozen" narrates the tale of a fearless princess' adventurous journey to find her estranged sister, whose has the power to create ice and snow.

The film was in competition at the 2014 Golden Globe Awards with "The Croods" and "Despicable Me 2".
