Jamie Foxx is in talks to join "The Fault in Our Stars" star Ansel Elgort in filmmaker Edgar Wright's "Baby Driver".
According to sources, the details surrounding the actor-singer's role in the film have been kept under wraps, reports variety.com.
The film, which also features Lily James, is being helmed and penned by Wright and produced by Working Title's co-chairmen Eric Fellner and Tim Bevan along with Nira Park through her Big Talk Productions.
"Baby Driver" follows a story of a young, talented getaway driver who relies on the beat of his personal soundtrack to be the best. After being coerced into working for a crime boss, he must face the music when a heist goes awry.
The production is expected to start later this year.
Meanwhile, Foxx is currently filming the action thriller "Sleepless Night" which revolves around a policeman searching for his kidnapped son.
