Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has got a congratulatory message all the way from Moscow.
Mayor of the Russian capital, Sergey Sobyanin, sent a congratulatory message to Kejriwal on his becoming the chief minister of the Indian capital.
Sobyanin said he looked forward to further development of the "multidimensional cooperation between Moscow and Delhi", which would contribute to strengthening of bilateral ties between the two countries.
He wished Kejriwal "good health and great success in your responsible mission", according to a statement from the Russian embassy here Friday.
