A man in Pakistan's Punjab province set his wife on fire Sunday for refusing to transfer her plot of land in his name.

Ghullam Abbas, of Faisalabad metropolis's Sabina Town, wanted his wife to transfer a plot in her name over to him. Upon her refusal, Abbas doused his wife with petrol during a heated argument, and set her alight, Geo News reported.
